Service Description

Every business owner knows the feeling of having to figure everything out on their own. Let me ease that pressure by letting your leverage my skillset and experience to improve your site feel and function, to increase engagement, retention, and sales! Most clients benefit from having a regular working relationship with me, and check in weekly. Your Ten-Hour Session pack is valid for 3 months so that you can book 1 hour a week for almost that entire period. Come prepared with problems and goals, and we can dive right in! In these sessions, you will primarily be *guided* in doing the tasks yourself, with Kitty's direction and suggestions. These hours are not to be used for Kitty to do all the work herself; they are designed to empower the CEO to develop recall to revisit these tasks on their own, with confidence. Project rates are also available if you would rather save time and outsource the work. Hybrid approaches are also available, where we design and then you can have 1-on-1's to help manage and operate the site to its fullest potentiality.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations made under 24 hours from the start time of the meeting or no shows for pre-paid appointments will be paid to the service provider in full.
